Yes it sure is....strong ALL year long (because of the snow melting on Mt. Hermon) AND then during the rainy season which is October-April. No swimming for obvious reasons.

The fourth is 90 minutes and ends up at the waterfalls at a different parking location. Does that sound like the one you are referring to?
