Four people were killed and at least 14 others were wounded in a drive-by mass shooting outside the Artis Lounge nightclub in Chicago's River North neighborhood on Wednesday night, Chicago police said around 11 p.

It happened outside a restaurant as people were leaving an album release party for Chicago rapper Mello Buckzz. Another mass shooting happened at a club that operated from the same address in 2022.

Police in Chicago are dealing with a shooting in which multiple people were hit. The Chicago Police Department told Newsweek that no further information on the location or number of people affected was immediately available. A city official told CBS Chicago that 19 people were shot and three of them were killed in a drive-by shooting.
