Joe Biden, Donald Trump and prostate cancer

Donald Trump took to social media on Tuesday to do something most people might not have thought he would — take up for former President Joe Biden while bashing those he called “treasonous thugs.” And, while doing so, Trump laid out a myriad of claims and accusations that, to date, have not been proven.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms. On Friday, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone,” the statement from Biden’s office said.
The former president released his first statement on X Monday morning, alongside a picture of him and his wife, Jill Biden, a day after the announcement: “Cancer touches us all. Like so many of you, Jill and I have learned that we are strongest in the broken places. Thank you for lifting us up with love and support.”
