The area of low pressure located off the east coast of Florida is now Invest 93-L, according to the National Hurricane Center. The disturbance is forecast to move westward across Florida during the next day or so, and into the northeastern Gulf by late Tuesday.

A tropical rainstorm will drench Florida through midweek before possibly strengthening over the Gulf and threatening Louisiana with flooding and tropical impacts.
