SAN DIEGO — Red Sox starter Lucas Giolito walked four straight hitters, including forcing in the game-tying and go-ahead runs during a difficult fifth inning. “I know that the way baseball works, the L doesn’t go next to my name but it should,” Giolito said. “That was really bad.” The Red Sox lost 5-4 to the Padres in 10 innings at Petco Park.
