Elon Musk’s AI startup has launched its newest model with some grand claims — including that it can outperform leading models from the U.S. and China.

Grok 3 is "scary smart," according to Elon Musk, and is "an order of magnitude more powerful than Grok 2."

XAI also said it was launching a new product called "Deep Search," which would act as a "next generation search engine."

Billionaire Elon Musk said on Saturday that his xAI's artificial intelligence chatbot and ChatGPT challenger Grok 3 would be released with a live demo at 8 p.m. Pacific time on Monday (0400 GMT on Tuesday).
