Yankees manager Aaron Boone insinuated Pérez, who is an assistant coach on manager Brian Snitker's staff, was implying one of the Atlanta pitchers would hit Chisholm in the head.

MLB is investigating Perez's actions after he pointed to his head while jawing back and forth with Chisholm.
