After spending the last six years with the Las Vegas Aces, Plum started off her tenure in Los Angeles on the right foot. She scored 37 points on 11-for-19 shooting, including 4-for-6 from the 3-point line, and also made all 11 of her free throw attempts. Plum also dished six assists and recorded five steals.

One of the most compelling was Kelsey Plum making her debut with the Los Angeles Sparks after spending her entire professional career with the Las Vegas Aces' franchise to this point.
