A prominent Indiana woman has died in connection with the devastating storms that ravaged southeastern Kentucky over the weekend.

The Jackson, Kentucky, office is one of at least four such facilities across the country that is so short-staffed that it is no longer routinely operating 24/7.

Stephanie and Robert Cameron had nine people total in their home as the storm hit. One of them was a nine-month-old they were babysitting.
