A New York man was charged with allegedly cyberstalking a family member of the slain former UnitedHealthcare CEO, according to the DOJ.

Shane Daley, 40, of Galway, N.Y., is charged with cyberstalking for reportedly making threatening phone calls to the family of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. According to authorities, the calls started hours after Thompson allegedly opened fire on December 4,

The U.S. Attorney's Office announced that a Saratoga County man was arrested on Wednesday for reportedly harassing a family member of former UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was killed in New York City at the end of last year.
