A car crashed into the Chabad-Lubavitch World Headquarters in Brooklyn on Wednesday evening, and the New York Police Department is investigating the incident as a possible hate crime, officials said.

A car crashed into the Chabad Lubavitch World Headquarters in New York City Wednesday evening, causing damage to doors at the deeply revered Hasidic Jewish site.

The driver was quickly arrested and there were no reported injuries, New York Commissioner Jessica Tisch said at a news conference.
