Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro will face arraignment in federal court in New York City on Monday alongside his wife, Cilia Flores. The pair face narcoterrorism charges following a daring military operation that saw their capture from the Venezuelan capital of Caracas.

The president also reiterated aggressive comments toward Colombia’s leader, who denigrated the Trump administration as a "clan of pedophiles."
