Trump celebrated when the Supreme Court limited nationwide blocks on his policies, but judges are finding other ways to hinder his priorities.

U.S. District Judge Joseph LaPlante in New Hampshire had paused his own decision to allow for the Trump administration to appeal, but with no appeal filed in the last week his order went into effect.

The decision could change the course of education-related cases that have been trickling through the courts since Trump returned to office.
