The Bruins agreed to a one-year, entry level deal with Simon Zajicek that carries a $872,500 cap hit. The 23-year-old has played for Litvinov HC in the Czech Extraliga league for the past six seasons. Zajicek is a 6-foot-2, 187-pound left-hander who led his league in save percentage last season (.929%) while posting a 2.12 goals against average.
