Duke coach Jon Scheyer is “optimistic” that versatile forward Maliq Brown will return this season from a shoulder injury.

Duke junior forward Maliq Brown is sidelined with a dislocated shoulder he suffered during the Blue Devils’ 80-62 win at Virginia on Monday night.

There's nothing abnormal that you are ready to see with a dislocated shoulder. So, I think we're optimistic that we can get him back this season. I think the hardest part is a lot of it has to do with his stability.
