King Charles and Queen Camilla are reportedly preparing for a significant royal tour to Canada and the United States.

Rona Grafton was treated to the rare occasion during the royal couple's away day in Middlesbrough on Feb. 13. King Charles, 76, handed Grafton the birthday card in an envelope and shook her hand, telling her, "A very, very happy birthday," as seen in a video shared on X by royal reporter Rebecca English.

King Charles and Queen Camilla will travel to Italy and the Vatican in April to meet with Pope Francis, as the Catholic Church celebrates a special Jubilee year, which takes place every quarter of a century.

King Charles and Queen Camillia are visiting the North East today. The Royals will be attending a number of engagements in Middlesbrough, with members of the public able to welcome Their Majesties at a celebration event in Centre Square this afternoon. The pair will walk through the area close to the town hall and meet local dignitaries.
