FDA has recalled freeze-dried fruit sold at Sam’s Club due to Listeria contamination. The snacks were sold in 42 states and have expiry dates ranging from June 24 to July 25, 2027. Do not consume recalled products, as Listeria infection can be very serious or even fatal.

Listeria monocytogenes [is] an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems," the FDA said.

Freeze-dried fruit packs sold at Sam’s Club are being recalled in 43 states due to possible listeria contamination. Customers urged not to eat them.
