The Houston Texans are adding two more players to the active roster ahead of Saturday’s matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Houston Texans announced they elevated RB J.J. Taylor and FB Andrew Beck from the practice squad to the active roster ahead of the AFC Divisional Round.  Taylor, 26, wound up going undrafted out of Arizona back in 2020.

Houston has elected to keep tight end Teagan Quitoriano on injured reserve for the divisional round. Quitoriano has been downgraded to out and will not travel with the team to Kansas City. Quitoriano is dealing with a calf injury.

Morris started 11 games at left tackle for Kansas City this season, but he struggled mightily to protect Patrick Mahomes.
