A New York state man was charged with stalking and harassing loved ones of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, authorities said Wednesday. Shane Daley, 40, was arrested and accused of "sending harassing and threatening voicemail messages to a family member" of Thompson, according to federal prosecutors in Albany.

Shane Daley of Saratoga County was charged with cyberstalking after allegedly threatening the family of slain UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

An upstate N.Y. man is due back in court Thursday for harrassing a relative of Brian Thompson, the UnitedHealthcare CEO allegedly murdered by Luigi Mangione.
