A woman and her son are under investigation after a Lincoln woman died in their care under suspicious circumstances earlier this month.

Currently, Lincoln landlords can refuse to rent out to people who use housing vouchers, benefits, or other lawful income sources. This includes any person on the Section 8 Housing Voucher Program.
