WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAW) - Some of us could see minor improvements in the Air Quality this afternoon and evening. Although, the Air Quality Alert from the last couple of days has been extended until noon on Friday across the whole state. Wildfire smoke will continue to cause limited visibility.

Wisconsin will continue to experience poor air quality into Saturday due to Canadian wildfire smoke. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources has extended an air quality advisory for the state through noon on Saturday.
