The Panthers were urged to outbid the Rams in a theoretical trade for Dolphins CB Jalen Ramsey in a recent ESPN article.

At his height, Ramsey was a shutdown corner and arguably the best player at his position, with seven Pro Bowls, three first-team All-Pro selections and a Super Bowl title on his résumé.
