Rite Aid filed for bankruptcy for a second time earlier this month. Despite the store’s promise to remain open despite the filing, the retailer has announced that it will be closing all locations remaining in its inventory.

The shelves at Turlock’s Rite Aid drugstore on Monte Vista Avenue are slowly being emptied and signs posted on the store’s popular Thrifty counter state “No More Ice-Cream” with a cartoon cone sporting a frowny face.
