With just one UFC fight under his belt, Tallison Teixeira entered Saturday's UFC Fight Night main event looking to break into the heavyweight top 10. Teixeira was given a rude awakening by the UFC's greatest knockout artist, Derrick Lewis, who finished Teixeira with strikes in just 35 seconds.

Gabriel Bonfim edged out the UFC's oldest rostered fighter, Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson by split decision in the night's co-main event. Two judges scored the bout 29-28 for Bonfim, while one scored 29-28 in favor of Thompson.

On Saturday night, the fan-favorite UFC BMF title will once again be up for grabs. The belt that has no specific weight class is currently held by featherweight great Max Holloway, and will be defended at lightweight against division legend Dustin Poirier.

The UFC is headed back to Perth, Western Australia. For the first time, Perth will host a UFC Fight Night rather than a pay-per-view. The event takes place Sept. 27 (Sept. 28 locally) at RAC Arena.
