It's been quite the clay court season for Carlos Alcaraz and the French Open hasn't even begun. The young Spaniard has won the Monte-Carlo and Italian Opens this year. He's just the fifth man ever to win all three Masters 1000 clay events with his two Madrid titles.

Carlos Alcaraz beat Jannik Sinner in the Italian Open final on Sunday. The Spaniard subdued Sinner with a tactical plan of classic clay court tennis.

After an absorbing first set, Sinner's understandable lack of match toughness saw Alcaraz dance to victory in Rome.
