The U.S. Supreme Court is scheduled to hear arguments in a yearslong legal battle over an FBI raid on the wrong Atlanta house.

On Tuesday, an attorney for an Atlanta woman who says her home was mistakenly raided by the FBI will go before the U.S. Supreme Court to ask for her 2019 lawsuit against the U.S. government to be reinstated.

"Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week," Patel, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, wrote in a now-deleted post on X, formerly Twitter.

The FBI on Friday arrested a Milwaukee judge accused of helping a man evade immigration authorities, escalating a clash between the Trump administration and local authorities over the Republican president’s sweeping immigration crackdown.
