Multiple First Alert Weather Days are in effect for the remainder of the week due to slick roads from snowfall and dangerous cold to end the week. FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY - TODAY Scattered snow showers continue to fall across the Midstate this morning and roads are expected to be slick right through or morning commute.

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Tuesday marks the start of a stretch of dangerous cold... First Alert 6 Weather Days continue through Friday morning with wind chill as cold as -25 for many.

After seeing a break from the precipitation on Monday and for the most part Tuesday, another round of precipitation will be entering into Eastern Kentucky this evening and into the overnight hours.

Bitterly cold weather will continue for another couple of days before we start to see some warmer weather build in starting on Friday and continuing into the weekend.

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - A HIGH SURF ADVISORY is in effect for the north and west-facing shores of Kauai, Oahu, and Molokai. The north-facing shores of Maui and the Kona coast of Hawaii Island are also included in this advisory, which will last until 6 PM on Wednesday.

Wednesday appears to be pretty soggy as another weather system moves in from west to east. Timing: Morning commute showers approaching from west to east, lingering until late afternoon/early evening.

Our next winter storm arrives Tuesday night bringing scattered snow showers for the evening and turning into a steadier snow late into the night. A general 1-3″ of snowfall is expected Tuesday night as it turns frigid with lows in the mid to upper teens.
