Notre Dame football announced that they will wear its green jerseys on Oct. 4th when they host the Boise State Broncos.

The “Irish Wear Green” game has become an annual tradition since Marcus Freeman took over as head coach in 2022. Notre Dame is 2-1 in those games, with the lone loss coming in 2023 in a 17-14 heartbreaker to Ohio State that many fans remember for the infamous “10 men on the field” gaffe at the end of the game.
