Spirit Halloween is a nationwide Halloween store that pops up seasonally across the country, signaling the beginning of fall and the reminder to buy a costume before it’s too late. The seasonal store has now officially opened at Bellingham’s Bellis Fair mall, according to David Prince, the mall’s general manager.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Spirit Halloween has unveiled its 2025 locations. According to their website, there will be a Spirit Halloween at the Former Party City location on 13th Avenue SW in Fargo with an opening date to be determined.

Spirit Halloween — the national retailer known for its costumes, decorations, and animatronics — is returning to Owensboro this fall.
