A day before crowds were set to arrive for the Tomorrowland festival in Belgium, a fire broke out and severely damaged its iconic main stage. The incident occurred in the town of Boom, near Antwerp, just as final preparations were underway.

Video showed thick plumes of black smoke rising from the famed festival grounds in Boom, Belgium on Wednesday. Fireworks could also be seen and heard going off in the distance.
