Listing Issues "needs attention" warning - Airbnb Community
Jan 25, 2024 · I have had a "needs attention" warning on one of my listings for almost a year. This was related to one guest who had a minor issue with his stay and gave a 1 for check in and 3 for overall. Otherwise this listing is a 5 star. I am concerned that this "needs attention" warning is preventing my listing from being pushed out by the Airbnb algorithm.

Dec 4, 2018 · I agree with your thinking but do feel that Airbnb should be explaining this to guests when they request ratings. I have requested this of Airbnb. Maybe this is why i got a 3 star rating from a guest who was happy with everything. I also think it would be good if hosts could see how we are rated from guests.

Therefore, the final number the guest sees includes the Airbnb Guest Service Fee on top of what your offer is; there should be no taxes, as you are doing the 30+ minimum.

Dec 14, 2024 · Nov 1st : I cancelled a 100% refundable reservation (Paid via bank ACH). Refund e-mail was sent from AirBNB. The refund never hit my account. Nov 30th: Contacted Airbnb about this. They said the first refund attempt failed and they'll try again They blamed it on my bank. The rep says that they guarantee it will go through. Nothing hits my account.
