A moment during Bob Dylan’s Live Aid performance in 1985 inspired a gathering of music to support American family farms. Forty years later, Farm Aid has raised more than $85 million and has hosted 500 artists in an effort to support farmers and educate the public about farming and food. Minnesota’s own Bob Dylan will join the lineup this year as a last-minute addition to the festival, happening Saturday, September 20, at Huntington Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.
