The final episode of Cause of Death will be aired tonight at 9pm. Cause of Death is a documentary series we took part in looking at the process of investigating a sudden death. The programme has been filmed entirely in Lancashire, looking at the whole process from the first phone call to emergency services right through to the final inquest. As always, we hope it has shown how much work our officers – and other agencies – put into getting answers for the loved ones of those who have died. Our th
