Traffic Watch leads to arrest. Last month a truck was filmed multiple times on a home surveillance video driving recklessly and doing donuts in a neighborhood. The neighbor had enough and took action by submitting the video and information to the online TPD Traffic Watch system. The individual, a 16-year-old male, was located and arrested on 3 charges: Racing exhibition of speed, Reckless driving, and Driving with a suspended license.
