[ History made ] 7 August 2019 – This will be a day long remembered. 46 countries signed the Singapore Convention on Mediation. It is the first UN treaty to be named after Singapore and it took three years of negotiations and drafting to get to where we are today. Delighted to have welcomed officials from 80 countries.
