Online news and current affairs publication, the Windhoek Observer and community radio station Shipi FM have signed a collaboration agreement. The agreement focuses on gathering and sharing news. The two organisations also agreed on sharing human resources and infrastructure, as well as human capital and training. Martin Shipanga, the executive chairperson of Shipi FM, explained that the agreement is the first of its kind in Namibia and brings people from previously disadvantaged groups together
