It took us a year to get where we are with each other right now and 1 break up. Only to get back together stronger than ever. Every day, I feel closer and more connected to my partner. My past relationships, I hated physical touch and intimacy because I was forced into things I didn’t consent to. But with my gf now, everything we do is consensual on both ends, and I feel so incredibly safe with them. I couldn’t have asked for a better gf, I’m so incredibly lucky. I now realize why it never worke

2025 was a write off year for me anything that could go wrong did go wrong where back on the 5th of January 2026 in the @herbertonleisure gym I will be doing one to one and group training aswell also free mental health classes will be back and one new class for youth which will be free aswell things will happen to you in life and it’s up to you and you alone to make sure will it break you or make you don’t keep knocking your self down because a few bad things happened to you bounce back stronger
